Terms of use
Last updated 2026-08-20. Netly is in a waitlist period; these terms cover that period.
Who we are
Netly is made by Quant Alchemy. When these terms say "we", they mean Quant Alchemy. When they say "you", they mean the person using Netly.
What Netly does
Netly connects to your financial accounts with read-only access, keeps one ledger of balances, holdings and transactions, and shows you net worth, spending and financial independence projections. Netly cannot move money, place orders or change anything at your institutions.
Projections, categories, fraud flags and assistant answers are computed from your own data. They can be wrong. They are information, not financial, tax or legal advice. Check important numbers against your institutions before acting on them.
Your account
Access is by invitation from the waitlist. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. If you share your household with another person through Netly, you are responsible for choosing what access they get.
Acceptable use
Use Netly for your own household's finances. Do not try to access other people's data, probe or overload the service, or use it to break the law.
Availability and changes
Netly is early software. We may change, pause or stop features, or close your access, at any time during the waitlist period. We will try to give notice for anything that affects your data, and you can export or delete your data on request.
Liability
Netly is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from decisions you make based on what Netly shows, or from interruptions to the service.
